End User License Agreement(EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Mural for Confluence(the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for internal business purposes only and in accordance with this EULA.

3. Restrictions

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

  • Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software.

  • Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Embed malicious content, unauthorized scripts, or misleading iframe sources.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Developer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Updates and Maintenance

The Developer may, but is not obligated to, provide updates or support for the Software. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software
