The Mural for Jira allows users to display Mural diagrams directly within Jira Issue pages and Dashboard gadgets, making visual collaboration easily accessible wherever teams work in Jira.

By adding a Mural diagram link and optional display settings, users can render brainstorming boards, workflows, and planning visuals inline—without switching tools or leaving Jira. This integration is designed to improve context-sharing, planning clarity, and collaboration across teams.

How It Works

Configuration

1. Open the Issue Page or Dashboard Gadget.

2. Click Edit.

3. Enter:

   • Diagram Name (optional)

   • Mural Diagram URL

   • Height and Width (optional)

4. Click Submit to save.

Rendering

• The saved Mural diagram is rendered directly inside the Issue view or Dashboard gadget.

• If provided, the diagram title is displayed above the diagram.

Edit or Remove

• Use Edit to update diagram details.

• Use Delete to remove the diagram and clear saved data.
